Staying with my family, including my son's family, was nice. We loved the easy access to spacious terraces with amazing views and the Chikipark for the kids to enjoy. The spa and pool facilities were a perfect way to relax after skiing.
My children wished there were more activities for kids.

We got a fantastic bargain thanks to Booked.net - just 20€ each half board. The evening buffet was excellent - plenty of choice, the breakfast buffet was just a bit lacking but was ok. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very well decorated - particularly their Irish Bar - and we enjoyed sitting on the terrace looking at the fantastic view. Carparking is advertised at nearly 19€ per day but at reception they said it was now only 5€ - we actually just parked on the road for free but this is probably not possible in winter (and maybe they do charge 19€ then too!)
Being super-critical but the pool/relaxing area were a bit too chilly to be relaxing (in our opinion). Jacuzzi/Sauna were perfect though, shame the steam room was out of service for a couple of days but entrance was only 3€ each (and they actually only charged us once out of the three times we went in!!). We couldn´t change the temperature in the room (there was a thermostat but it didn´t do anything) - it was just a little bit warm and stuffy for us so we had to keep the window open.

The room was new-fashioned and light with smoke detectors for safety measures. An electronic key card, a work desk and a TV were a very nice touch:)))

Couldn't recommend more for a weekend stopover
Charming hotel, spacious rooms with mountain views, with a great variety of amenities including a awesome breakfast that features cooked-to-order options and a lovely bar that provides a relaxed atmosphere to unwind after exploring the area.
Everything is what I need and want.

The apartment was of the right size - clean and the location was nice and peaceful.
The only english channels on TV were BBC and CNN with poor picture quality. The furniture was a bit run down. Also they claim to have a gym but this is very poorly equipped and they have an additional charge for the use of gym, pool etc which was not listed on the site

Good and honest apartments, comfortable enough for a self-catering winter vacation. Despite being a little away (1,5km) from the Canillo gondola there is always a free transfer available, provided by the hotel. The staff was helpful and very informative.
The lack of outside parking spots has forced us to use the hotel's garage which costs 10€ per night.

Overrated 4* hotel when only based on spa facilities: additional charge 18e per person/day to enter overcrowded noisy spa and pool

Enjoyed the fine mountain views from the hotel, especially during mornings. The buffet breakfast amazed me with its variety and quality. It was one of the best I've experienced. The pub on-site brought a fun atmosphere after a long day of skiing with a great selection of drinks. Limited communication about the shuttle service caused inconvenience. The staff seemed unfriendly at times, particularly in the bar. The hotel is further from Canillo than expected. Despite these issues, I appreciated the attention to service in the dining area, especially from Marielle, who was attentive to our dining needs. The hotel could use more clarity regarding amenities included in our package, especially concerning spa access, incorrectly communicated initially.

When I am in Canillo, I like staying here. Clean and PERFECT place, has great views over the mountains. The staff are extremely friendly. The room is modern and light and with tea-making facilities, a kettle and 2 TVs.

Really good staff, from the helpful restaurant service to the cozy Irish pub atmosphere. Clean, spacious rooms with modern decor were a highlight, though the buffet offered limited variety. The spa amenities were a great way to unwind after skiing.
